I’m giving this 2 stars because the trip itself was fine overall, but the details on wingbuddy really weren’t as accurate as they should’ve been. Some of the hotels weren’t what we were expecting, and a few things that sounded like they were included ended up not really being included. It made planning way more confusing than it needed to be. Customer service did respond, but the replies felt like those canned apologies companies send out instead of actually addressing the issue. The listing definitely made the trip sound better than it turned out to be.

They did eventually answer me, but it took way longer than it should have. I was left waiting around because they couldn’t get back to me on time, which was really frustrating

The booking process was mostly easy for me, but a couple of steps weren’t super clear and I ended up double-checking the details just to be safe. I can’t say if it’s always like that or if I just missed something, but it felt like it could be a bit smoother overall.

The trip itself was fine, but I’ll admit I’m a bit picky when it comes to hotels, and these just didn’t do it for me. The rooms felt cramped, the carpets looked worn, and the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped. It wasn’t a total disaster, but for the price, I expected something nicer. I’d probably think twice before booking something similar again

I wasn’t happy with the flight setup at all. The times got changed, and because of that, the layovers ended up being way longer than I expected when I booked. It felt like no one checked whether the flights actually made sense together. I had to call a few times, and since I kept getting vague answers, it just made the whole thing more frustrating. The trip started off stressful before I even got there

I ended up having to cancel, which I regret because I was hoping things would work out. The cancellation process was okay overall, not amazing but not terrible either. I did have to wait a bit, but the refund eventually came through.

We still had a decent time and got to see some cool places, so it wasn’t a bad trip by any means. The weather was good, the group was nice, and there were definitely a few moments I really enjoyed. I just started noticing as the day went on that the schedule didn’t really flow that well. Some stops felt oddly timed, and then one day in particular had way too much crammed into it, so we were kind of rushing from place to place instead of actually taking things in. Overall it was okay, but the itinerary could’ve been planned a lot better

Support did eventually get back to me and the issue was fixed, so I’ll give them credit for that. But this is where it got annoying: it took way too long to hear anything, and by the time they responded, I was already frustrated. Glad it’s resolved, just wish the support had been faster

The driver showed up and the ride was perfectly fine. There was a little bit of a wait, but nothing surprising for an airport pickup. As long as you plan with a bit of common sense and don’t expect everything to be instant, it’s a good, straightforward transfer.

They got back to us really quickly before we left and it was nice not having to wait around wondering what was going on, it just made things feel a lot easier before the trip.

Our guide was great and made the whole experience feel really easy. He knew so much about everything and kept us laughing the entire time

I mean, for what it costs, this is a good deal. I was actually kind of impressed at first, though it’s definitely not perfect and there are a few little things that could be better. Still, overall I’m happy with it. Or at least mostly happy
